welcome to more soon
a newsletter crafted to make it more safe to explore your experiences with health and well-being behaviors
I’m Staci, and one thing about me: I always am digging a little bit deeper.
I am so curious to really understand my experience, my feelings, my world.
Most importantly, I want to dig in with care, kindness, and compassion. I want to know so I can be with, not necessarily to change.
As a dietitian, I help my clients befriend their bodies through nutrition counseling for eating disorder recovery.
Here, I weave together my observations of struggles that arise when navigating changing health-related behaviors. I reflect on what gets in the way of taking good care of ourselves. Sometimes, that’s cultural observations, sometimes it’s how we stand in our own way.
Essays are crafted to explore self-led nutrition and health routines, create space for mindfulness, delight, and practicing being honest with what we encounter inside.
You will not find ways to shrink your body in these essays. You will not find prescriptive nutrition advice. You will encounter gentle invitations to wonder. Pointed questions to simmer with. New concepts to chew on.
Professionally, you can find me over at Nutrition Made Well, my private practice centered on helping my clients befriend their bodies through nutrition and self-inquiry. I am Internal Family Systems informed and have explored the science of nutrition and behavior change for years. It is my greatest honor to support clients in 1:1 spaces. If you are looking for individualized support with a dietitian and live in Georgia, Florida, or Massachusetts, you can book a free Discovery Call to learn more about 1:1 care.
This space, however, is not individualized care. The information presented in essays on more soon does not provide any professional or medical advice. Words written here should not be a replacement for medical, clinical, professional advice, diagnoses or medical support. Please consult with your healthcare team before making any changes to your health or well-being practices.
All information presented on more soon is for educational and explorative purposes only: it is not individualized advice and does not replace work with your own registered dietitian.
